Message	what they offer. you have to start at the ground floor...work 11234897 hours and get paid crap while doing it. coming straight out of college will not get you a director level job. i dont care how smart you are. those are some pretty solid companies. i would be greatful if i was offered A job, much less a couple of jobs straight out of college. especially during the time period we are in.
